Role:  AVP quality  Reporting to : Director quality   Purpose of the role: The incumbent shall be responsible for Identifying & driving six sigma initiatives, re- engineering and quality support for transitions, drive productivity and other metrics.   Requirements :   8 - 10 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years in an Ites company.   Last 2-3 years in Quality, six sigma role   Black belt certified   Ability to drive large multi location six sigma projects   Should have successfully mentored some GB projects.   Team leading experience

Role:  AVP transitions  Reporting to :Director Transitions   Purpose of the role: The incumbent shall be responsible for leading transitions. He/ she shall be responsible end- end for completing and documentation of all the transition toll gates. And shall be leading a team of transition s mangers.   Requirements :   8 - 10 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years in an Ites company.   Last 2-3 years in transitions role   Ability to co- ordinate with various aligned teams   should have worked on large and complex transitions   Should have successfully mentored some GB projects.   Ability to lead end- end transitions

Role:  Actuary  Reporting to : SDM/ Director Operations   Purpose of the role: Assisting in managing the actuarial input to the product development, pricing and business development operation of the actuarial Function. Will also act a regular checker of the pricing inputs/ outputs   Responsibilities :   Manage the work allocation and ensure timely delivery of process SLAs   Liaise with actuaries on a regular basis - both for resolving queries/ escalations and for Ops report-outs   Ensure pricing basis and procedures are being properly followed   Ensure input data accuracy   Requirements : Education   Graduate with specialization in maths/ stats/ Eco   Pursuing or should have completed diploma in actuarial sciences   Should have completed at least 2- or more actuary study papers.   Team managing experience preferred
